All 760 guest rooms and suites in both the Main and Tower Wings were recently renovated offering a kaleidoscope of choices to suit all lifestyles and fulfill any expectations.  All rooms are eloquently furnished with satellite TV, fully stocked bar size fridge, IDD telephone, LAN Cable or  Wi-Fi internet access in all guest rooms and throughout all public areas of the hotel.

Accommodation @ The Tower Wing

For those with discerning level of luxury, the Privilege Floors provide guests with upgraded amenities and access to the extra private privilege lounge, located on the 26th floor with an expansive view of the city skyline.

The Main Wing provides guests with contemporary décor and colorful furnishings, featuring a choice of junior suites, bathrooms with a shower cubicle or a bathtub.

To accommodate our guests with special accessibility needs, the Ambassador provides three wheelchair accessible standard suites/rooms at the Main Wing.

Meetings & Conferences

The pillar-free, high-ceiling Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 2,000 guests. Complimented by an additional 12 function rooms, the Ambassador is sure to have the perfect facility for your next meeting, seminar, exhibition, or social function. We have the talented team to make all dreams alive.

Restaurants & Bars

Am Café

A delightfully spacious all day dining restaurant that serves a variety of local and international dishes. In addition to the a la carte menu there is also a daily changing breakfast, lunch buffet and salad bar buffet dinner selection.

Hong Teh Chinese Restaurant

Enjoy an epicurean tour of China with an extensive variety of Cantonese and regional specialties, including traditional Dim Sum. Guests can either order from the à la carte menu or for parties of 10 or more, there is an array of sumptuous Chinese set menus to choose from. Private rooms are also available.

Bird Sanctuary

At the heart of The Ambassador Bangkok is the Bird Aviary, a sanctuary of calm. The first element of calm is the sound of flowing water in the fountain besides Espresso. Adjacent to it  stands the three storey Aviary with a  living tree that stretches behind a glass wall. For more than 30 years since it’s opening The Ambassador Hotel has offered a home to some rare species of exotic tropical bird life such as the scarlet and military Macaw at its Bird Aviary. With the highly valuable Macaw now close to extinction we have an unwavering duty to care for one of the few remaining species to be found in  the world today.  

In Our Neighbourhood

Our neighbourhood is at the heart of where things happen. At one end of this section of Sukhumvit Road there is shopping at Robinson Department Store and across the road Time Square, both linked by a walkway from Asoke BTS Station. At the other end Krung Thai Bank Head Office and in Sukhumvit Soi 1 the internationally renowned Bumrungrad Hospital which  offers the finest medical care in the city.
