Journalists reported that Ken Teeradetch and his wife Noi thought they were looking at themselves in a mirror as they looked so real. Even his son (Nong Kun) thought it really was his father and hugged it.

Ann Thongprasom was impressed with her wax image; she said the eyes, nose and mouth look all like hers. She felt glad to have the opportunity to have her own image in wax. As she is a star, she thinks it is difficult to meet every fan but this will make all fans be closer to her.

The Bangkok branch is the only branch in the world that allows visitors to get close to the wax figures, and even touch or hug them.
